All pieces are made by hand by me (Sara Gotz) in my home in the Netherlands, using ethically sourced materials. I do my very best to photograph with natural light but colours can still appear slightly different depending on the screen of your computer.
Each piece is one of a kind.
PAYMENT:
I accept Paypal and Stripe payments.
DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY
All ready to ship items are shipped within 5 working days with tracking code, which enables the both of us to safely know where the package is at any moment.
CUSTOMS
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply (please check on it before purchasing).
I am not responsible for any delays due to customs.
If destination country requires a custom form I will always list the actual value of the product and it won't be passed as gift.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
Contact me at [email protected] to request a return/exchange, explaining the reason.
Once a return/exchange has been accepted, buyer can send the piece in its original packaging to the address listed during email correspondence within 14 days.
Buyer is responsible for return postage costs (tracked shipment as I am not responsible for any package lost in transit).
Once I receive the returned package in its original condition I will send an email and process the refund/exchange.
If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Be aware I cannot refund:
-custom orders
-items on sale
I am NOT responsible for incorrect shipping addresses: no refund for this specific reason can be asked. Please, make sure to enter the correct shipping address!
